Wellbeing at work is about promoting and managing the health and wellbeing of staff, implementing health interventions within the workplace to address health issues staff face.

By taking part in our free wellbeing at work programme, you will:

  • be encouraging a healthy active workplace
  • ensure you have a better chance of attracting and retaining staff
  • reduce staff turnover and recruitment costs
  • increase productivity
  • reduce sickness levels
  • end up with a more motivated workforce who feel valued.

The scheme focuses on four key health-related strands:

  • substance use - drugs, alcohol and tobacco
  • mental health and emotional wellbeing
  • healthy eating and physical activity
  • protecting health
