Cancellations are undertaken through your Eventbrite account. To avoid a £50 late cancellation fee, cancellations must be made over five working days prior to the start of the event.

Invoices for the above charges will be sent from the central administration office. Payment must be received within 28 days.

For courses that are payable at the time of booking, please follow the instructions on Eventbrite – invoices WILL NOT be sent for these courses.

Invoices

You will be sent an invoice for payment from our central administration office and we will expect payment to be made within 28 working days. The £50 fee will cover the trainer, venue and any refreshment costs incurred.

All training is provided to enable practitioners to meet the statutory requirements of the EYFS.

Non-attendance of courses

Due to an increase in the running and administration costs relating to training events, non-attendance and late cancellation fees have been raised to £50.
