Please note that Basford Registration Office will permanently close from 25 April 2024 and move its operations (registration records) to the Mansfield Registration Office. Business at the new address will resume on Monday 29 April.

Online applications can be made here
Postal applications should be sent to Basford Registration Office, Highbury Road, Bulwell, NG6 9DA.
Telephone applications can be made by contacting our Customer Service Centre on 0300 500 80 80.
Personal applications can be made via this office, as well as any other main office.
Certificate applications via our Priority Service (postage or collection within 24 hours) must be received before 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Car parking and access
Limited free customer parking is available on-site. The main entrance has ramped access.
