The Local Government Ombudsman can help you if you cannot resolve a problem through the County Council’s formal complaints procedure.
The Ombudsman can independently review your complaint and can, in some cases, make a legally binding judgement to force a local authority to review its procedures and policies. Compensation can also sometimes be paid to complainants.
You can complain to the ombudsman by telephoning or writing to the address below or you can download a complaint form from the Ombudsman's website.
