Help Points

Help Points are available in community centres and village halls in Bassetlaw and offer a video messaging service giving you face-to-face contact with a County Contact advisor.

Help can be given with many application forms without the need to visit council offices. Documents can be scanned and photographs and signatures can be remotely obtained. No computer skills are needed at all.
