First started in 1982 by the cycling group Pedals, The Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride is now the county's biggest cycling event and has also become one of the biggest fund raisers for local charities.
Different rides are on offer to help cater for people of all cycling levels including a 75 mile sportive, 50 mile ride, 18 mile ride and a lap challenge for families. There is also the Freeth Cartwright Corporate Challenge for businesses.
The bike ride takes place in June each year.
