Nottinghamshire County Council - Proud of our past, ambitious for our future
.

Full Council

Full Council is a meeting of all the County Councillors from all political parties. Meetings are usually held at County Hall every six weeks.

A meeting of Full Council gives an opportunity for Councillors to comment on and take decisions about the major issues facing the County Council which are highlighted on the Council’s Forward Plan as well as any other issues referred to the meeting by the Cabinet.

The Full Council approves the Council’s Constitution, which sets the framework for how the County Council's functions are carried out, and agrees the County Council's budget and Council Tax levels.
