Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the general right of access to all types of "recorded" information held by public authorities (and those providing services for them).

The County Council publishes many reports and research online to help make it easy for people to find out more about the decisions that are taken by County Councillors.

If you have a specific enquiry you can write to the County Council's Data Protection Officer.
