Fairs and fairgrounds

Travelling fairs or circuses that use council owned land must show how they comply with the Code of Safe Practice at Fairs issued by the Health and Safety Executive. They also have to comply with general health and safety regulations. All rides must have a current safety certificate and adequate insurance.
