Data protection

If you want to know what information the County Council holds about you then you can find out using your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.

You can write to our Data Protection Officer setting out what you want to know. Or, if you have been dealing with a particular individual or department, you can write to them. It would help us to process your request if you mention the Data Protection Act in your letter or email.

The service is usually free.
