Children's disability register

The Children and Young Person’s Disability Information Register lists children under 18 who have permanent disabilities, both moderate and severe, and the services they need and use.

The register is voluntary, so written consent from parents or carers is needed for registration. The Register provides an information service, which is there to respond to telephone enquiries from parents, carers and members of the public.
