Care assessments

Assessments are the name we give to the work we do to decide whether you need a service from the County Council. They usually involve discussions with you, and often with other people who are involved in caring for you.

We provide assessments for:

adult social care services
carers
children and young people
your financial situation to help assess your income and the cost of your care.
