Bus quality partnerships

New shelters, modern buses, bus lanes, and a fast and regular service – it all adds up to a bus quality partnership service.

The partnership involves the bus operator and County Council working together to improve local bus services along a particular bus route.

The bus operator agrees to provide modern buses with a strong image and a fast and frequent service. The County Council in turn agrees to provide shelters and bus lanes.
