Asbestos

Asbestos is hazardous and dangerous to human health and must be disposed of properly. Nottinghamshire County Council recommends residents use a qualified asbestos removal company to remove asbestos. However, if you choose to carry out the work please note asbestos is not accepted at the Household Waste Recycling Centres, but Nottinghamshire County Council provide a service where residents can dispose of asbestos from their home/garden for a fee of £40.00.
